The “Kira” quilt class will be held on Saturday, December 14th starting at 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.  Instructor: Flint Forsberg. Purchase the fabrics for your quilt from Bernina Plus, and receive free tuition for this class. The cost is $110.00 for the lap size quilt ( including 3 1/2 yards of backing). Or, bring your own fabrics and pay tuition of $40.00. This quilt uses assorted 10" squares of light and dark fabrics as well as innovative piecing and cutting with the Stripology Squared ruler by GE Designs. Instructions for using regular rulers are included. The pattern comes with 5 different size options: crib, lap, full, queen, king. At Bernina Plus, we are featuring New 10” square packs from Island Batiks! We have added 6 squares to each pack to meet the requirement of 48 squares for the lap Quilt. Your choice of inner border, outer border, batik or cotton backing, and binding is also included in the $110.00 kit price. The stripology squared ruler is recommended, but not required.
